Well this will be my last post before CHRISTMAS!! I can’t believe it’s almost here, the time has flown by. My husband and I are working everyday right up until Christmas, so life has been hectic, but in a good way :). I can’t wait to see our families, even if it is for a really quick visit (2 days), but don’t go feeling sorry for me, because on January 2 I will be on a jet plane to the beautiful island of Maui with my whole family. It can’t get much better than that!
Now I have talked a lot about food and staying on track with your diet during the holidays, but I haven’t talked about the fitness aspect of it. Now most of us will be on the road, staying at our relatives places, and some of these places won’t have a gym or it will be closed. So I want to share a solution to those problems and give you some workouts you can do anywhere!
Number 1 on my list is visiting Zuzana’s YouTube channel. She has workouts you can do in just about any space with minimal to no equipment.
Number 2, is visiting LAX Crossfit website and checking out their Home WOD’s (Workout of The Day). These workouts require no equipment, and can be done almost anywhere.
Number 3 is a great workout I seen posted on Pinterest. This workout doesn’t require equipment, and if 5 rounds isn’t challenging enough, add another couple of rounds.
If you do have access to a gym, take the opportunity to get in an hour sweat session. Doing this may help your eating stay on track, knowing you don’t want to undue the hard work you put in while at the gym. It also is a great stress reliever, and a great excuse to spend some time alone :).

I also hope everyone has a VERY Merry Christmas, and enjoys every moment with their loved ones, as sometimes we take this time for granted. I know that being so far away from our families is hard, so when you do get to spend time with your families, to genuinely enjoy their company. I will see you after Christmas!!
