Just kidding…..well kind of. I am not talk about eating copious amounts of chocolate bars until you puke but the healthy chocolate smoothie kind of chocolate wasted. Sorry for any of the guys reading this, but for all the gals out there, we all get a special visit from Aunt Flow every month, it can be hard to stay on track without gorging on chocolate of ANY kind. But I am here to save you with my last and final smoothie post for Jump-start July! Guys don’t act like you don’t like to indulge in chocolate occasionally. So why don’t you all just do yourself a favor and make yourself this smoothie!
Aunt Flow’s Chocolate Smoothie 😉
1 cup almond or coconut milk
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop chocolate whey
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 Greek yogurt
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
– Add almond/peanut butter to make more of a Reese’s Pieces Flavor
– Use 1/2 cup of coffee instead of 1/2 cup Greek yogurt to make a Chocolatte!

I may or may not have found this picture on Pinterest ;), but I wanted to share because I remember the feeling I got when I was able to complete my first unassisted pull up. You feel strong, like you can take on any challenge! If you can’t do a pull up, start with the lat pull down machine and work your way up to the pull up bar. YOU CAN DO IT!
