I can’t believe this is my second last post for Jump-start July! Where did July even go???? Tonight I want to share a delicious smoothie that will give you a boost when you need some energy!
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla whey
1/2 cup chopped fresh/frozen pineapple
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond/peanut butter
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
