Good Evening once again!

I hope you all had a wonderful, hot weekend! I had soo much fun floating down the river today with my husband, some great friends and of course my doggies. We had lots of laughs and ended the day with a delicious BBQ. I can’t believe we are on the countdown for the last few days of July already, but I am loving every minute of this summer. For the recipe today, I thought I would share something a little different than usual. If you have an upset stomach and don’t like gingerale (this girl) here is something easy you can whip up!

Gingerly Love Smoothie

1 cup almond milk

1/2 banana

2 tsp fresh grated ginger

2 tsp honey

Ice

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

I hope you are all rested up from the weekend and are ready to take on another week. Workouts clothes are prepared either for your early morning or evening workout, and your lunch and snacks are ready and packed!

I love this! The gym is a great place to become a regular ;).
