It is almost bedtime for this gal, I know I am old going to bed at 11 pm on a Saturday night, but the bonus is I get to sleep in tomorrow. My husband has the day off, so we are heading down to the river with our doggies and some tubes, and we are going to float our lives away ;). But before we head off to the river, we are hitting up the gym for a serious legs workout. So if you are looking for a way to cool down, check out this smoothie!
Refreshing Watermelon Smoothie
1/2 cup coconut water
2 cups of watermelon seeded
1 scoop vanilla whey (or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt)
Lots of Ice
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
I once again was on pinterest and came across this picture and thought “how true”! One day I swear I will be able to beat my husband in a push up competition! If you also feel this way about your significant other, try doing as many push ups as you can everyday and adding 1 more push up every couple of days!
