I can’t believe there isn’t even a week left in the month of July, and that means there aren’t very many days left of daily smoothie posts! If you are wanting to share your favorite smoothie recipe with me, now is your chance! I can’t wait to share some of my baking recipes next month, but for now I have a new recipe for you today!
1 cup almond milk (or liquid of your choosing)
1/2 cup blackberries
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Berries are such a great addition to smoothies, especially since they are in season right now. You also don’t have to add protein to your shakes to make them healthy, just the fruit and vegetables alone make them a great way to help you get in some of your daily nutrition.
