I know it’s not morning yet, but it is soon arriving, so here is a smoothie you can be excited to get out of bed for!
Rise & Shine
1/2 fresh orange
1/2 cup fresh/frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk (or water)
1 scoop vanilla protein (or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt)
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
