Pumpkin Patch

I know it’s not fall yet, but the smoothie recipe I am going to share doesn’t require a season to enjoy! I love using pumpkin for baking, and frozen treats including smoothies!

Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie

1/2 cup 100% pure pumpkin (canned)

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (can use 1 scoop vanilla whey instead)

1 tsp pumpkin spice

1 tsp natural vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon
