In case some of you are longing for a peanut butter and jam sandwich this smoothie may just fix that craving!
1/2 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla whey
1/2 cup fresh/frozen raspberries (you can use strawberries or both if you would like)
1 tbsp peanut/almond butter
Blend all ingredients until smooth!
Besides drinking all of these wonderful smoothies, make sure you are drinking enough water daily, especially when the weather is this hot!
