All this hot weather has been exactly what I needed for inspiration this month for creating smoothies. Today was no exception. I realized that I haven’t used raspberries in any of my recipes yet, so today is your lucky day! I love raspberries, especially the juicy taste of fresh raspberries. So here is my creation for today!
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup fresh/frozen raspberries
1/2 fresh lemon
*Can add protein powder and/or spinach if you would like
1. Squeeze the juice of half of a lemon into the blender.
2. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
