Lemonade!


All this hot weather has been exactly what I needed for inspiration this month for creating smoothies. Today was no exception. I realized that I haven’t used raspberries in any of my recipes yet, so today is your lucky day! I love raspberries, especially the juicy taste of fresh raspberries. So here is my creation for today!

Raspberry Lemonade

1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 cup fresh/frozen raspberries

1/2 fresh lemon

Ice

*Can add protein powder and/or spinach if you would like

1. Squeeze the juice of half of a lemon into the blender.

2. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.

I have to tell you that my banana muffins were a hit last night, so much so, they are all gone today! I will share the recipe once I receive the next smoothie recipe from any one of you!
