Give Yourself a Boost


Good Afternoon!

I thought I would sneak in a post while everyone is either napping or out golfing. I went golfing this morning with my mom, dad, grandma and husband and a had blast. As frustrated as I get, I can’t wait until the next time. The guys went out again this afternoon for another round before my dad’s big birthday party tonight! I love being home and getting to see my family and friends, I miss them dearly!  I have learned not to take time with them for granted, because I don’t get to see them as much as I wish I could. But anyways, I have a new smoothie recipe for you today! It is full of antioxidants and is delicious!

Antioxidant Booster

1 cup almond milk

1 scoop vanilla whey

1 – 2 cups spinach

1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

5-6 cherries (be sure to take the seeds out of them)

Ice

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
