Peanut Butter

Hello All!

It is already day 4 of “Jump-start July” and I have another smoothie recipe in line for you! Today’s recipe is brought to you by my Dad! I can’t even begin to explain how blessed I am to have the support of my family and friends on this journey towards health and fitness. My dad has been no exception. He is always there for me and asking me for advice, now it was his turn to give me a suggestion. Since my dad loves peanut butter it could not be left out of his favorite smoothie!

Peanut Butter Delight

2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla whey powder
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop of milled flax-seed


Blend all ingredients until smooth.

*Warning – peanut butter is addictive 😉
