Into the Wild

Good Morning!

And what a beautiful morning at that! I am soon off to work and after work we are going CAMPING! I can’t wait to spend the rest of the weekend in the wilderness with my Husband and puppies! I did  some food prep ahead of time, because I have this weird phobia of not having enough food (I eat a lot ;)). I hope you all get a chance to get outside, get some exercise and enjoy the sunshine this weekend. Before I go, I will leave you with the granola/protein bar recipe I made for our weekend in the wilderness!

Healthy Homemade Protein Bar Recipe

This was a simple and delicious recipe that allows you the flexibility of adding or subtracting ingredients you do or don’t like! They make a great snack on the go and provide you with the energy you need.
