Ffit Tips!

Good Evening!

During my nightly internet (fitness) perusing, I stumbled upon some great recipes, articles and videos. Although I “shared” them on Facebook, I thought I should share them here as well. I hope everyone is having a great week, and making clean eating and fitness a priority in your life!

Here are some wonderful things I have discovered!

Since I love baking so much, I am always on the hunt for a clean, delicious treat and this is definitely one of my favorites. I made them last night, and they were too good (they are all gone today!).  I did change a couple of things: I didn’t add chocolate chips, as I didn’t have any at home and substituted whole wheat flour with almond flour (they still turned out great!)

Even if you are short on time in the morning, you should never skip breakfast. Here is a simple, yet delicious recipe you can make ahead of time to ensure you never skip this important meal!

On a different note, I feel some progress pictures coming on. It has been a couple of months since posting progress (or even taking) pictures of myself. Progress pictures are an amazing way to track… well your progress. So I will take some of my own advice and take some pictures!

I just want to take some time to thank each and every person that takes the time out of their day to read my blog! I appreciate it more than you know! Also, please feel free to share your journey, progress, recipes, music, tips and anything else you want to share with me on here! I need motivation too 😉 and the best place to get it is from other people sharing what motivates them!

Now I will apologize in advance for the picture I have posted below. It does include some vulgar language, but in my opinion, it was too funny not to share!
