Breaking the Fast

Today I wanted to dedicate a post to Breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, because you are essentially “breaking the fast”. If you are one of those “but I am never hungry in the morning” kind of people, try eating a smaller breakfast and slowly increase its size. You should try to consume breakfast within an hour of rising, and choose slower digesting foods like oatmeal and/or  fruit, in order to keep you more full for a longer period of time. Kick start your metabolism with one of great recipes listed below.

As I was wanting  to add a few more recipes, my lap top decided to get a virus! Now I’m confined to the ipad, which takes me too long to type. But anyways, I hope these recipes help and I can get my computer fixed soon! Until then I will use this thing or the computer at my husbands grocery store.
