Sorry it is so late for a post, but I just got finished packing my lunch for work tomorrow. I believe you must be prepared if you want to succeed. If you have seen my previous post on my Six Pack lunch bag, I have packed that thing full (I told you I ate a lot!). I find eating every 2-3 hours works for me, depending on my activity level, but if I am hungry before the 2 hour mark I will have a small snack (a piece of fruit or some nuts), I don’t believe in depriving myself.

For my recipe tonight, I will share with you what I am having before bed. Yes, I do eat before I go to bed, in order to feed my muscles. Here goes…

Bedtime Shake

3/4 cup Almond Milk

1 Scoop of Protein

1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!


Like I said I have to work tomorrow so to bed I go!! Nighty Night!
